Alta Bell Stonebraker, 103, of Bloomfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013 at the Davis County Hospital, Bloomfield. She was born July 30, 1910 in her grandfather’s log cabin in Keokuk County, to Frank and Mintie Ash Echelberry.

Funeral services were Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastors Gordon Hawkins and Gary Axtell officiated. Burial is at Dunnville Cemetery in Davis County. A memorial has been established to the Floris Volunteer Fire Department.
