Barnhart Memorials Encompass Keokuk County

In addition to the Town Square Park, Judy (Barnhart) Erwin, daughter of the late Dean Barnhart shared memorial gifts with the Avenue of Flags in care of the American Legion #19/VFW #2308, Keokuk County Ambulance and the Keokuk County Hospice Foundation.
