Bears Bounce Back with Two Huge Wins

After the EV girls’ squad lost a trio of games two weeks ago, the Bears needed a strong week to get on a high note before the final week of the regular season.

English Valleys had three more opportunities for wins against good competition and Luke Caster’s squad came up big in all but one of those chances.

The Bears started their week last Tuesday at home against Keota. A superb third quarter in which EV outscored the Eagles by a score of 15-6 proved to be in different in the 37-35 win that snapped EV’s three-game skid.
