Carrol Walters, 88, of Des Moines and formerly of What Cheer, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 at the Kavanagh House in West Des Moines. Funeral services were Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer. Burial was in the Sixteen Cemetery at Thornburg.
