Chad Allen Van Voltenburg

Chad Allen Van Voltenburg was born on May 22, 1976, in Iowa City, a son of Frederick Peiffer and Diana Van Voltenburg.  Chad died suddenly on Friday, October 24, 2014, at a work site north of Wellman, Iowa. He lived 38 years.

A Celebration of Life Service was held at Powell Funeral Home in North English, on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Luke Caster officiating.

Burial was in St. Patrick’s Little Creek Cemetery, rural North English.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for Chad’s children. A reception was held follow the committal service at the North Keokuk County Fire Station in South English.
