Dean Barnhart, 88, of Sigourney, died Sunday, October 20, 2013, at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney. He was born on November 16, 1924 near Sigourney, to Edward Harris and Gertrude Ruth Stokesberry Barnhart.

The Funeral Service is Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Holm Funeral Home. Burial is at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sigourney. Visitation is Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. A memorial fund has been established.
