Doris Mildred Shaw

Doris Mildred Shaw age 99, of Oskaloosa and formerly of Hedrick, passed away March 18, 2014 at Northern Mahaska Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oskaloosa. Mildred was born August 18, 1914 in Keokuk County the daughter of Jesse and Alvina Bruns Tygart.

Visitation will begin after 12:00 noon Monday, March 24, at the Fremont Funeral Chapel with the family present from 6:00-8:00 p.m. to greet family and friends.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 25, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fremont Funeral Chapel with Reverend Bill Hornback officiating.  Burial will be in Abel Cemetery near Fremont. Fremont Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
