EV Drops Lynnville-Sully from the Unbeatens

All season long, everyone in the South Iowa Cedar League has been waiting for someone to beat Lynnville-Sully. Well, it took until the final game of the regular season, but the team with one of the best arsenals to do it, English Valleys, finally gave the Hawks a blemish.

After being eliminated by Lynnville-Sully one game short of State last season in Regionals, the Bears got a little payback last Friday and shot down the Hawks, 63-57.

Lynnville-Sully came into Friday’s game ranked 6^th in Class 1A, and left it ranked 10^th.
