Family Wins Red Ribbon Photo Contest Two Years Running

The Clark family was recognized and awarded for winning the 2014 National Red Ribbon Photo Contest on Friday, Jan. 30 at the Sigourney Elementary. This year's theme was ‘Love Yourself Be Drug-Free’. Wells, Owen, and their mom Megan Clark, won an iPad for home and also $1000 towards Sigourney School's drug prevention program. Both Wells and Owen also received a bag and other small prizes from DEA Supervisory Agent Matthew Roberts at the assembly.

Requirements for the contest were to either decorate a household door or fence with the slogan and upload it to redribbon.org. Once it was uploaded anyone could sign onto the site and vote for their favorite picture. The family has won not once, but twice in a row. The fence outside of Sigourney Elementary School is the fence they decorated last year and won with.
