Farewell for Bill Menster

Keokuk County Farm Bureau is hosting a retirement party for Bill Menster on Friday, June 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Menster retires July first after more than 40 years with Farm Bureau Financial services. He joined Farm Bureau Financial Services in 1974 as a career agent in Dubuque County. He and his family moved to Sigourney Dec. 1, 1982 where he assumed the position of Keokuk County Agency Manager.
