Frances Greenley

Frances Greenley of Sigourney passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Keokuk County Health Center where she had been lovingly cared for by the local health care team. Frances Veronica Conrad was born April 30, 1919 in rural Keota, the oldest of four daughters of L. A. and Leona (Kiefer) Conrad.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney with Revs. Ray McHenry and Charles Fladung officiating.  Private burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Sigourney.  The family will greet visitors at a visitation on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney with a wake service at 4:00 p.m.

The family expresses great appreciation to the staff at Keokuk County Health Center and Hospice of Keokuk County for their care of Frances.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Activity Fund at Keokuk County Health Center or to Hospice of Keokuk County.  Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Sigourney is caring for Frances and her family.
