Funeral services for 93 year old Frances Karsten of What Cheer will begin at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer. Burial will be in the Indianapolis Cemetery west of What Cheer. Visitation will begin at noon on Monday with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday evening.
