Keokuk County Republicans hold fall dinner

Sigourney, Iowa- Keokuk County was the hotspot for Republican candidates on Saturday, October 20, 2018. The Keokuk County Republicans hosted a Republican Dinner and many candidates accepted the invitation and made an appearance. 
 
Local candidates in attendance were Supervisors, Mike Hadley and Daryl Woods. Congressional candidate Dr. Christopher Peters was in attendance with his wife Julie. Iowa Senate candidate Heather Hora brought along her daughter. State Treasurer Jeremy Davis traveled from Ames.
 
Incumbents who are seeking another term also came for a BBQ pork sandwich and some small town conversation. State Auditor Mary Mosiman, who is running for another term. Local Representative Jarad Klein also made an appearance.
 
Each candidate had the opportunity to speak for a few minutes and many touched upon how important the upcoming election is and to encourage others to get to the polls on November 6th.
