Cold, windy conditions made for an intriguing day of golf on Monday at the South Iowa Cedar League Meet in North English. Despite the subpar conditions, the host English Valleys Bears made the most of their home-course advantage and cruised to a 16-stroke win over second-place BGM, earning themselves a conference championship.
