Lucille M. Weber, age 101, formerly of Ollie, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014, at Manor House Care Center in Sigourney. She was born June 8, 1912, in Chelahis, Wash., the daughter of Harry and Gertie Spurgeon Shy.

As was her wish, Lucille's body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on May 3, 2014, at the Ollie Baptist Church, with Reverend Carla Nelson officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M., May 3, 2014, and continue until the time of the service at 11:00 A.M Burial will follow at Rock Creek Cemetery near Ollie.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Ollie Baptist Church, Manor House Care Center, Sigourney, or Iowa Hospice. Fremont Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
