Marie Denny, 78, died June 29, 2014 at University Hospital in Iowa City. She was born August 31, 1935 in Gatewood, Mo. to Sam and Thelma Cates Lasater. Funeral service is Wednesday, July 2, 2014 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Delta Christian Church. Visitation is at Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney on Tuesday, July 1 from 5 –8 p.m. Memorials may be made for the Delta Christian Church.
