Pekin Ends SEISC Tourney at 4-1

The Pekin varsity volleyball team’s fantastic stretch of play continued last week in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference Tournament in West Burlington.

            Pool play began last Thursdy on the Southeastern Community College campus and the two-seed Panthers immediately showed their potential.

            In the team’s first match of the night, Pekin’s offense exploded for 20 kills against Wapello, helping the Panthers win both sets: 22-20, 21-16.
