Polls see low turnout

Voters turned out in low numbers for an off-year election cycle Tuesday.

Election staff saw light crowds as residents voted in a scattering of area races.

In Sigourney, Councilman Edward, First Ward; Councilwoman Connie McLaughlin, Third Ward; and Councilman Douglas Glandon, At Large, were returned to their seats. See complete results in the Nov. 11 issue of The News-Review.
