Richard Shipley

Richard Joe Shipley 63, of Burlington, formerly of Gibson, died Friday, January 18, 2019, at the Great River Hospice House.

Born September 27, 1955, in Sigourney, he was the son of Joe and Wilma (Leathers) Shipley. He married Debora Thatcher and the couple had three daughters and later divorced. 

Burial will be held at a later date at Garrett Cemetery, Delta, IA.
