Ruth Pierce

Ruth Pierce, 86, of Barnes City passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa.  Ruth Pierce, daughter of Edwin and Ethel (Thomas) Ross, was born on December 2, 1927.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Holland-Coble Funeral Chapel in What Cheer, IA. Visitation will be at the funeral chapel with the family present, on Saturday, June 7 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held in the Highland Cemetery near What Cheer, IA immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruth’s name to the Hospice Serenity House.
