Unfortunately, the Savages were unable to handle the Wolves’ overpowering size, as WMU showed great balance and finished off Sigourney in fourth sets.

The loss ended Sigourney’s season record at 12 wins and 12 losses.

Winfield-Mt. Union’s Nicole Escher and Lou Krieger-Coen each finished with double-digit kill counts against Sigourney, while Samantha Jamison and Ashley Kruse each had five. As a team, the Wolves ended the night with 11 blocks, including five from Krieger-Coen.
