Savages Show Strides From Day One

Steady improvement from Day #1 is all anyone can ask for.

The improvement shown by the Sigourney baseball team from the last week of May till last Tuesday was significant. That became blatantly obvious in the Savages’ second-round district game against Pekin, who happened to be riding a 12-game winning streak. But before the Savages could take their shot at the Panthers, they had to deal with rival Keota for the second time in four days.
