Three Selected as Music Ambassadors

Local high school musicians, sophomore, Mateer Strong; freshman, Abby Danowsky and sophomore, Josie Tremmel, all from Sigourney High School are touring Europe with the Iowa Ambassadors of Music (IAM)

July 3-18.

 

These local students are part of a select group of 378 student musicians, advisors and parents from across Iowa. The 2014 tour is a 20 day event including four days of rehearsal in Ginnell, with a 16 day tour covering England, France Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy and Liechtenstein. The students are performing in each country except Liechtenstein.
