Voss Named 2nd-Team All-State by INA

English Valleys senior Rylee Voss was named to Class 1A’s 2nd-Team All-State by the Iowa Newspaper Association.

Voss, who led the Bears to 18 wins this season, averaged an even 20.0 points per game this year and became EV’s all-time leading scorer.
