William Dean “Bill” Kerber, age 83, of Sigourney, died Saturday, May 10, 2014, at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney. Bill was born August 9, 1930, in Sigourney, to William Kerber, Sr.and Etta (Bushman) Kerber.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney, with Revs. Charles Fladung and David Wilkening officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Sigourney. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2012, at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney. A general memorial fund has been established. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Sigourney is caring for Bill and his family.
