Wonderlich earns National Student Employee award

Ollie native Rachel Wonderlich received the National Student Employee of the Year award on Tuesday, April 26, for her internship work with the Iowa 4-H Youth Development, a program in Iowa State’s Extension and Outreach.

Wonderlich, who began the newly-created global citizenship internship in September of 2014, was surprised by the news earlier the previous week. After getting out of class and arriving for work, Wonderlich’s supervisor told her she had something for her later.
