Youth Learn Leadership

Ricochet has started at both Sigourney and Tri-County Community Schools. Ricochet is a program specifically designed for middle school to grow in leadership skills. Through the hands on, high energy program, the students learn about leadership attitude, communication, decision-making and stress management. 

 

Through intentional challenges and tasks that the group has to solve together, these leaders are putting these lessons to quick practice. Each group also gets to put their new leadership skills to work by working on a community service project they choose and 

identify.
