Kenneth “Butch” Wright, 78

Kenneth “Butch” Wright, 78, died May 13, 2024, at the English Valley Care Center in North English, Iowa. He was born January 22, 1946 to Derald and Ruth Eleanor Stevenson Wright in Sigourney.  Butch grew up in the Webster area and he attended English Valley Community Schools. He was employed by Warder and Lee Elevator in Webster and Wagler Motors Ford Dealership in Sigourney. He loved the Iowa Hawkeyes and spending time with his dog Otis until his health failed and he had to move into the nursing home.  

He is survived by a niece Julie Christine Wright of Columbia Falls, Montana, nephew Jeffrey (Paula) Wright of Ramsey, Illinois, and Justin (Meghan) Wright of Fort Worth, Texas and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother James Wright and sister Denise Wright.
